This bookdrop cart is satisfactory - it does the bare minimum by catching returned items.. but slim books/magazines will fall in the side cracks. It is also impossible to retrieve the items when this happens because you would have to unscrew it and take the entire thing apart. If anyone has any helpful suggestions to this issue I would LOVE to hear them. Thanks!
