Verification Procedure

All orders are subject to Brodart’s Verification Procedure, which is necessary for the protection against credit card fraud and/or identity theft.

In order to protect customers from credit card fraud and/or identity theft, all orders will be verified before shipping. Orders may require a 24-48 hour time period for normal verification purposes. If the correct information cannot be verified, there will be a considerable delay in the order processing; customers will be notified by phone or email for further documentation. Brodart regrets the necessity of this process; however it is designed to protect the card owner as well as the retailer.

Customers must verify card ownership by providing legitimate billing and ship-to information. All orders placed with a credit card, must submit the billing address of the credit card (where monthly credit card statements are sent). If the billing address is a PO Box, Brodart requires shipping to a residence or business address that must be listed with directory assistance. If shipping to an alternative address is required, the shipping address must be listed with a yellow pages directory assistance, such as

International Order Verification

In order to protect customers from credit card fraud and/or identity theft, all orders will be verified before shipping. Brodart will not ship without verification; please avoid delays in processing orders by submitting complete information.

All International orders must ship to the billing address of the credit card (where monthly credit card statements are sent).
