Brodart currently stocks over 6,000 products in our warehouse.
Most of our supplies are shipped directly from our McElhattan
facility; some products will ship from our supplying vendors.
Stock items are shipped same day if order is received before 2
p.m. E.S.T. Orders received after 2 p.m. are shipped next day.
Large quantity and custom products ship 3-4 weeks, non-stocked
products ship from our supplying vendors 4-6 weeks.
We manufacture the majority of Library Supply
products we sell. This gives us complete control over quality
issues on products. Brodart also distributes over 30,000 other
School & Library products.

We will do our best to meet your needs in product support and
service. If you have any questions concerning the operation of
supplies, equipment or furniture you purchased from our company,

If the product you purchased is under warranty by the manufacturer
and is in need of service, contact us and we will supply you the
information needed to contact them directly.

are not satisfied with your Brodart order any any reason, please
contact Brodart Customer Service to receive prompt assistance.
An authorization number will be issued prior to any return to
ensure prompt processing of your credit or replacement order.
Return request must be received within 30 days from the date of
shipment to avoid any restocking fees. Open all boxes immediately
and inspect for damage or shortages before you sign the delivery
receipt. Brodart’s Customer Service Team will gladly help
you with any discrepancies.
Unless defective or damaged, all returns must
be in their original packaging and in resalable condition. Computer
Software is not returnable unless in its original, unopened package.
Furniture, metal shelving, non-warehoused items and special ordered
products may be subject to a restocking fee. Custom items and
furniture manufactured to customer preference are not returnable
unless defective.
