Shipping Status
Orders received by 2:00 PM Est. for stocked warehouse
items will ship same day. Special order, Custom,
& Product shipping directly from the manufacturer
can take 2-5 weeks.

Our standard carrier for package delivery is FedEx
Ground. You may choose your favorite carriers such
as UPS, USPS, Airborne, etc. Items to large to ship
via package service will go by LTL. Either ABF Trucking
or New Penn.

fax or online using our shopping cart. In the U.S.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and
Discover credit cards. If you already have an established
account with Brodart, you may use a purchase order.

Your credit card will be validated at time of order
for number accuracy. Your card will not be charged
until the end of the business day in which your
order has shipped.

In order to receive your discount, you must mention
the promo code at the time you place your order.
You can do this by entering the code in the promo
box of your shopping cart if shopping on-line, notate
it on your mail or fax order, or finally if placing
your order over the phone, simply mention the discount

Because Internet vendors
are required to collect sales tax in any state
where
they have a physical presence and Brodart has a
presence in every state, we must charge sales
tax to
taxable individuals and institutions. If you are
an individual and do not have a tax exempt number,
Brodart must charge you sales tax in accordance
with your state law.

Your order’s shipping and handling costs can
be calculated on three criteria:
1) If all of the items in your order ship from our
stock, your shipping is calculated on the number
of boxes, their respective weights and the distance
your order must travel. Our primary shipper for
stock orders is FedEx Ground but you may choose
FedEx next day, UPS, Airborne, or the U.S. Postal
Service.
2) If your order is for oversized items too large
to ship by FedEx Ground or UPS Ground, we will ship
your order by Motor Freight truck.
3) Some of our items ship directly from the manufacturer
to you. Your shipping and handling charges could
be calculated using a combination of any of these
three examples, depending on the size, quantity
and weights of the items ordered.

Inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If
your order is damaged or you are unhappy with your
