We were very frustrated trying to assemble this product. The instructions were terrible and made no sense. Several people looked at them, and no one could understand them at all. We eventually had to have someone come in to put this together for us. Now that it is put together, we are happy with it, but we would not have purchased this product if we had known how difficult it was to put together. Also, it was missing some of the screws required to put it together, and power tools were required.
