I recently reordered rolls of laminate that I had last ordered two months ago, and this time it's a completely different product. The guidelines are a different color, it's harder to peel, and the worst thing is that it has a very strong chemical odor that permeates the library and gives me a headache. I don't think it's a good change. I did contact Customer Service a week ago and never heard back. I am planning to try a different product in the future; maybe a different brand would be more consistent.
