I was disappointed when I received my order. When checking with several other companies, the size referred to the inside dimensions. Not so here. I ordered the 15" x 11.5" because that was the closest to what I needed without being way too large. When it arrived, the 15" referred to the OUTSIDE dimensions and was actually a tiny bit under the 15". As a result my photos won't fit in the box. I should have checked and not assumed that Brodart followed the same standard as the ones I had looked at before. Two-sided frustration.
